Usage: Link to the crafter in the parameter. Show the crafter's icon before the link. The link's text is the last part of the pagename, parent folders are cut.

Parameter:

• 1 = page to link
• 2 = icon size (optional, default: 20px)
• size = icon size (optional, default: 20px)
• text = custom link text (optional)
• class = html class attribute (CSS classes) to apply to wrapping element (optional)
