Usage: Link to the item in the parameter. Show the item's icon before the link. The link's text is the last part of the pagename, parent folders are cut.
Parameter:
- 1 = page to link
- 2 = icon size (optional, default: 20px)
- size = icon size (optional, default: 20px)
- icon = custom icon without
File:and.png(optional, default: same as page) - text = custom link text (optional)
- class = html class attribute (CSS classes) to apply to wrapping element (optional)
