Well Rested is a Buff which increases Stamina maximum and regeneration.
In one test, a player had 203 Stamina, and 8 Stamina Regeneration before gaining the Well Rested Buff, and 373 / 33 after. This suggests that Well Rested grants +170 Stamina and +25 Stamina Regeneration -- a very large buff.
