The Decay Tool modifies the appearance of blocks by applying or removing signs of weathering and damage. This allows players to restore ruins to a pristine condition without manually replacing blocks. The tool can also apply an aged look to new structures. As such, it is an invaluable tool for base builders.
The tool consumes no resources and can be used indefinitely.
Obtaining
Can be crafted from the Collector survivor, found at the end of the Springlands Hollow Halls during the quest
